The National Water Resources Association (NWRA) is a non-partisan, non-profit association representing the interests of both agricultural and municipal water providers in Washington, DC.

Ian Lyle is the Executive Vice President of the National Water Resources Association (NWRA). Ian has over fifteen years of experience working in water policy and is a Colorado native currently representing the interests of water users in our nation’s capitol.
