APA is a national non-profit organization headquartered in Washington, DC whose mission is to support prosecutors to create safer communities.

David LaBahn is President and CEO of the Association of Prosecuting Attorneys (APA) who formed APA after serving as the Director of the American Prosecutors Research Institute and the Director of Research and Development for the National District Attorneys Association. Prior to his work in DC, David was the Executive Director of the California District Attorneys Association and began his career as a trial prosecutor in Orange and Humboldt Counties in California.
